Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping and will be charged the applicable rate at checkout.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. ZionLuxe is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ZionLuxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at support@zionluxe.com and we will do our best to assist you.
